Persistence of Positive RT-PCR for SARS-CoV-2 in an Early Allogenic Stem Cells Transplantation Recipient: A Case Study

چکیده

The new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 has rapidly spread over the world causing disease by WHO called COVID-19, is defining global health crisis of our time and greatest threat we have faced during this century [1]. According to World Health Organizations (WHO) data, in February 2021, almost one hundred fifteen million population been infected with more than two deaths [2]. To date, absence any specific treatment, knowledge about remains very limited subject rapid change. This virus represents a serious danger for patients hematologic malignancies due myeloablative conditioning immunosuppressive treatments. People receiving chemotherapy compromised immune systems complications after stem cell transplant an increased risk infection [3]. COVID-19 may complicate clinical symptoms higher respiratory distress [4]. Actually, experience management recipients limited.
